Paul has 30 years’ experience managing, advising and investing in technology companies across Europe & North America. Paul is passionate about applying technology to the housing market, in particular making home ownership more affordable and flexible. Before starting to work on Liqquid, he spent 7 years as Managing Partner of £250m of venture capital & growth debt funds in UK and France, raising and investing over £50m into 30 tech companies across Europe and North America. During that time he spent 4 years on the Supervisory Board of Euronext-listed company. Prior to that, Paul spent 4 years as COO of 2 tech companies and 9 years in cross-border M&A, initially at Merrill Lynch. He has a degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University.

Jack has 7 years experience in real estate investment and asset management. Prior to investing in Liqquid and joining as Investment Manager, he was involved in originating, underwriting and executing real estate deals across Europe, and managing relationships with family office and institutional investors for Avignon Capital, an investment firm with >€1BM of assets under management. During this time, Jack was responsible for managing Avignon Capital’s joint venture with Liqquid focused on tokenising commercial real estate assets using Liqquid's YieldCoin cryptocurrency. Jack has a degree in Investment & Finance in Real Estate from the University of Reading.

Steven has 16 years experience in residential development. Prior to joining Liqquid as Development Director, Steven co-founded a development company, where he gained end-to-end experience across the residential development spectrum. He was responsible for identifying and gaining consent for multiple sites across the UK, raising equity and debt funding, managing and completing builds and marketing units.

Ed has 16 years experience in residential development. Prior to joining Liqquid as Development Director, Steven co-founded a development company, where he gained end-to-end experience across the residential development spectrum. He was responsible for identifying sites, packaging deals, modelling project costs and returns, and raising equity and debt funding.

Kelly has 15 years experience in social housing management. She has established / managed homelessness, temporary and move-on accommodation services teams at multiple Local Authorities, and has also been responsible for policy and strategy development. Kelly is a dedicated advocate for frontline workers in the social housing sector, and is committed to transforming their lives, and the managers who support
them, by helping to promote holistic well-being, prevent burnout, and cultivate resilience.

Richard has 35 years' experience in the construction industry in all aspects of project management and cost management, especially within the residential, leisure and hotel sectors. Richard started his career as a Quantity Surveyor and progressed to chartered status, subsequently qualifying as a Project Management Surveyor. He has specialised within this field for 25 plus years. He also holds the SMSTS qualification and has been involved in large-scale mixed-use projects with sensitive stakeholder, planning and conservation issues.

Selected projects include Alpha Square in South Quay, Hornsey Town Hall, the Dorsett Hotel at Aldgate, the development of private and affordable residential units across London including 500 residential units at Beaufort Park, 200 residential units at the award-winning riverside site at Fulham Reach, 1,000 residential units, a 175-bed hotel and 157 student accommodation units at Imperial Wharf.

Richard has also worked internationally in Europe developing retail shopping centres and residential developments in Bulgaria and Croatia.  

Abhi has 20 years experience in sales and marketing in the hotel and events sectors, during which time he as also worked with property developers and family offices on identifying,  arranging and marketing property investment opportunities. Prior to joining Liqquid, he founded a company focused on serviced accommodation and aparthotels, originating and converting properties, identifying customers and managing the assets. He has worked with several major London hotels in sales and marketing roles and placed a large number of residential conferences. He has a degree in International Hospitality Management from Les Roches in Crans-Montana and a Masters in Management from the University of Liverpool Hope.

Adam has 11 years experience as a developer & IT entrepreneur. He has spent 4 years working on Liqquid products, including its proprietary Automated Valuation Model, property listing capabilities, online mortgage technology and asset-backed cryptocurrency development. He has spent 8 years as owner and senior developer at his own web development firm, focusing on emerging technologies including blockchain, virtual reality, augmented reality and machine learning. He has a degree
in Artificial Intelligence & Cybernetics from the University of Reading.

Philip has 30 years experience building and advising life science companies. Philip is one of the earliest backers of Liqquid, and advises the company on strategy, finance and liquidity. Philip is CEO and Co-Founder of Nasdaq-listed Replimune, an oncology company for which he led a $101M IPO and $400M of follow-on funding. Prior to setting up Replimune, he spent 3 years as President of Uniqure, a gene therapy company for which he led an $82M IPO on Nasdaq. Philip spent the previous 11 years as CFO, then CEO of Biovex, an oncology company which raised $100M (a venture fund managed by Liqquid's CEO co-led several rounds) before a $1BN sale to Amgen. Philip has a degree in Cellular and Molecular Pathology from Bristol University.

Pierre has 15 years experience investing in and lending to growth companies across Europe and Australia. Pierre co-founded the company which created Liqquid, and advises the company on strategy, finance and business development. Prior to helping set up Liqquid, he spent 5 years investing in early-stage tech companies, including participating in a number of venture capital and debt investments (senior secured loans) across Europe alongside Liqquid's CEO. Pierre began his career at Credit Agricole before joining Citigroup to work in fixed income and derivatives. He has an MBA with distinction from Bentley University, Boston, and a degree in International Business from La Rochelle Business School.

Will has 25 years experience in risk and compliance. Will advises the company on risk management, and the development, marketing and monitoring of finance and liquidity products. Prior to joining Liqquid's Advisory Board, he spent 4 years as Director of Help to Buy at Homes England, managing £25BN of mortgages and over 372,000 homebuyer customers. Will joined Homes England from Cambridge and Counties Bank, where he spent 4 years as Chief Risk Officer. Previously, Will worked for a leading consultancy advising on risk and compliance issues for banks, fintech companies, payment institutions, and insurers across Europe, and also worked at the Financial Services Authority, the precursor to the Financial Conduct Authority.
